Arrest after disabled man assaulted at tram stop

A 17-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm after a disabled man was assaulted in Beeston.
Nottinghamshire Police said the victim was attacked near Beeston Centre tram stop at about 20:00 BST on 2 May after leaving a tram.
He was taken to hospital and treated for a fractured cheekbone and black eye.
The arrested boy remains in custody for questioning, a force statement said.
