Two people have been rescued after they were stuck on a roof when a scaffold collapsed.

Dorset Fire and Rescue Service received a call at 10:56 BST after the scaffold came down in Osborne Road, Swanage.

Crews from Swanage and Westbourne along with a tech rescue crew from Weymouth were mobilised.

The two people were rescued using ladders and a cordon was put in place around the scaffolding until it could be safely dismantled.
