Arrest after assaulted man suffers fractured skull
A man has suffered a "fractured skull" after he was knocked unconscious at an event in Devon, police said.
Devon and Cornwall Police said it was called to the incident at Holsworthy Memorial Hall at about 01:15 GMT on Sunday 17 November.
The force said the man, 19, was was taken to hospital following the incident.
It added that a man aged 34, from Ashwater, was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
Police have asked any witnesses to get in contact.
