Man charged after corrosive liquid injures four

A man has been charged after four people were hurt with a corrosive substance.
Kent Police said a group was involved in a disturbance shortly before 01:15 GMT on Saturday in Mansion Street, Margate.
Four people were allegedly sprayed with a liquid, two of whom suffered facial injuries, while the other two developed reddening and irritation, police said.
Ronnie Tudor, 19, of St Luke鈥檚 Avenue in Ramsgate, has been charged with two counts of causing grievous bodily harm with intent, possession of a corrosive substance (ammonia) in a public place and administering a noxious thing with intent to injure or aggrieve.
He appeared at Folkestone Magistrates' Court on Tuesday and was remanded in custody until his next hearing on 16 December at Canterbury Court Court.
