Take That have announced an additional four UK dates to their Progress Live 2011 tour.

The band will play two more concerts at Sunderland's Stadium of Light on 27 and 28 May, bringing the total number of dates there to four.

There will also be one extra date in Manchester on 12 June.

One more concert has been added at London's Wembley Arena on 4 July, meaning the concert on 3 July has been moved to June 30.

Tickets bought for 3 July are valid for 30 June and anyone who cannot make the revised date can get a full refund.

"We are really sorry to have to move the dates in London but we'd heard there was a lot of disappointment from those not being able to get tickets.

"This was the only way that we could fit in another show," the band said in a statement.

"We hope everyone understands and look forward to seeing you all next year."

Tickets for the four new dates will go on sale on 10 December at 1000 GMT.

More fans are expected to see the band's Progress Live tour than any other tour in UK and Irish history, beating the group's previous record set in 2009.
