Phoenix headline first UK festival

Phoenix are to headline this year's Field Day festival held at London's Victoria Park.

The recent Grammy award winners will top the bill at the event, returning for the fourth year, on Saturday 31 July.

Other artists set to appear include Caribou, Gold Panda, Esben and the Witch, Joker & MC Nomad and Memory Tapes.

Last year's event was headlined by Glasgow noise-outfit Mogwai and featured The Horrors, Little Boots and The Big Pink.
