Former American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez says she thinks the feud between Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey is "real".

The two judges have reportedly been clashing with each another, with a video apparently showing the pair shouting.

Although Carey laughed off claims they had fallen out, Jennifer Lopez says the arguments are likely to be going on.

"I heard a little bit," she said. "As far as my experience goes, whatever's happening is usually really real."

She also says that she has been missing working on the programme.

"I do miss it," she admitted. "I loved doing the show and I loved all the people there."

Greatest hits

Jennifer Lopez spent two years on the judging panel of American Idol but announced in July that she would be quitting the role.

"I honestly feel like the time has come that I have to get back to doing the other things that I do that I've put kind of put on hold," she said at the time.

Since leaving the programme she has toured with Enrique Iglesias and released a greatest hits album, Dance Again... The Hits.

She is due to play London's O2 Arena tonight (22 October).

Her gig at Manchester Arena tomorrow night (23 October) has been cancelled, although no reason has been given.

Anyone with tickets for the Manchester gig is advised to go back to the retailer they purchased them from to request a refund.
