Ed Sheeran fan gets £1,300 ticket refund after Viagogo glitch

An Ed Sheeran fan who accidentally paid around £1,300 for three tickets to his tour from Viagogo has had her money refunded.
Charlotte Duckworth, 21, contacted Newsbeat after she realised the mistake.
She said that initially the secondary ticketing website told her that she couldn't have a refund.
But they have since recognised that Charlotte was caught up in a website glitch and returned her money.
'The glitch affected a small number of people'
A Viagogo spokesperson said "we were made aware of a brief issue on the website which affected a small number of orders, which meant that although the total price was displayed at the point of purchase, it was not clear during the purchase process".
They say the issue has now been resolved and that anyone affected will be refunded in full.
Charlotte said she had felt "pressured" to purchase tickets quickly as a timer appears on the booking page.
She said she had pop-ups constantly coming up on her screen with a tracker of how many other people were looking at the tickets.
On Viagogo's website, it states: "It's not possible to cancel or exchange tickets once a purchase has been made as orders are considered final."
