Music photographer has ‘no interest’ in shooting QOTSA

A music photographer has said she has "no interest" to work with Queens of the Stone Age after frontman Josh Homme kicked a photographer at a gig.
Chelsea Lauren of the incident during a set in LA this weekend.
Ellen Offredy, who has worked with some of the UK's biggest bands and music publications, told Newsbeat: "No photographer should feel threatened by an artist. We're there to help them.
"Nobody should have to go through that at work. It just shouldn't happen."
Josh Homme has apologised in a video on the band's Instagram account.
He said: "I have no excuse for what I did - I'm truly sorry and I hope you're okay."
He added: "I've made mistakes in my life - this is one of them. That means I've let my family and friends down as well.
"I'm going to have to figure out some stuff I think. Rock n Roll's a wonderful thing but it's supposed to help and save people not mess them up.
"Chelsea, I hope you're okay and I understand you have to do whatever you have to do."

The video came after a written apology by Queens of the Stone Age.
But after some people called that "weak" he shared the video.

Ellen Offredy said: "The initial apology wasn't sincere.
"But the video version shows he's had time to reflect on his actions - he's acknowledged he's kicked a photographer and that it was inexcusable.
"Hopefully from here he'll change his behaviour at live shows to ensure nobody else is injured.
"I've always been a fan of Queens of the Stone Age and they're a band I've always wanted to photograph.
"But I can't say I ever want to turn up to do a job and photograph a band and feel in danger.
"As far as I'm concerned I have no interest in working with them anymore.
"But I have friends who have photographed them in recent weeks and said it was one of the best experiences of their life so it really depends on how this one case is dealt with."

There are unconfirmed reports that he may be sued because of the kick.
Following the incident, Chelsea Lauren posted pictures from the show on Instagram, including the moment before she was kicked.
She thanked people for their support and wrote: "My neck is a sore, my eyebrow bruised and I'm a bit nauseous.
"Assault in any form is not okay, no matter what the reasoning. Alcohol and drugs are no excuse.
"I was not breaking any rules. I was simply trying to do my job.
"I hold nobody accountable for this but Josh himself."
