Your pictures of the week: Festival

Each week we publish a gallery of readers' pictures on a set theme. This week the theme is festival. We start with a picture from Ashish Tibrewal of women offering prayers during the festival of Chhath in Mumbai, India.

Mike Roberts: "The Hub Festival in Liverpool which featured breakdancing, bands and extreme sports."

Chuck Beckley: "Members of the Bodacious Belles of Beaufort, North Carolina, celebrate the fourth of July, dressing up and marching in the annual red, white and blue parade."
