Four accused of conspiracy to murder restaurant owner
Four men from the West Midlands have been charged with conspiracy to murder after a Staffordshire restaurant owner was shot in the leg.
Mohammed Afsar was shot in Chaplin Road, Normacot, in Stoke-on-Trent, on 4 June.
Four men from the Birmingham area were charged on Tuesday in connection with the shooting and are due to appear before Fenton magistrates later.
Three other men have been charged with perverting the course of justice.
They are also from the Birmingham area and have been released on bail.
