Cat rescued from car engine in Welwyn
A cat had to be rescued after getting itself wedged in a car engine.
The mischievous moggy's mishap was noticed at about 15:00 GMT on Sunday in Hertford Road, Welwyn.
Fire crews from Hertfordshire had to remove part of the engine compartment using specialist equipment in order to release the cat unharmed, although the car had to be reconstructed.
A fire service spokesman could not confirm whether the animal and car had the same owner.
