Thousands of Peaky Blinders fans have gathered in their best 1920s garb for a festival dedicated to the hit 大象传媒 show.

Actors are recreating scenes from the drama in the streets of Digbeth, Birmingham, at the two-day event.

The show's creator Steven Knight said it featured a "mind-blowing" ballet.

Liam Gallagher, who played at the festival with his band on Saturday, tweeted: "Look sharp The Gallaghers are on their way to drink and have fun with the Shelbys".

On Saturday, Mr Knight told fans he was writing series six and was "going to do series seven, then I'm looking at spin-offs, maybe a movie."

He added: "It's up to us. It's up to the people involved".
