M4 near Bristol reopens after barrier damage from lorry crash
The M4 has been reopened after a lorry crashing through the central reservation led to the partial closure of the route.
The accident, on a stretch of the M4 between Bristol (J19) and Tormarton (J18), happened in the early hours.
Some 40m (131ft) of the central reservation barrier was damaged.
National Highways said there was also a "significant" diesel spillage meaning one of the lanes will need to be resurfaced overnight.
The road, which was partially closed for about nine hours, reopened at 12.30 GMT.
