Cumbrian man's phone had scores of indecent images, court told
Scores of indecent images of children were found on a Cumbrian man's mobile phone, a court has heard.
Reece Kelly, latterly of Hunday Court, Workington, was charged after police took possession of his handset in October 2021.
Appearing at Carlisle Crown Court via video link, the 31-year-old denied three charges of making indecent images.
He remains in custody ahead of a trial set for the week of 28 May.
The court was told the photographs were made between September and October 2021, with 29 images classed as being of the most serious level, Category A, four in Category B and 136 in Category C.
