Fire at East Midlands Designer Outlet prompts evacuation
A shopping centre that was evacuated due to a fire has now reopened, bosses have confirmed.
Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service was called to the East Midlands Designer Outlet, near Pinxton, Derbyshire, at 13:27 BST on Monday.
No staff or customers were hurt, but the centre was closed for about three hours.
The fire service said street furniture had caught caught fire in an outdoor area.
It has not confirmed what caused the fire.
Buses were diverted from the area while the emergency crews dealt with the situation.
