Ashover: Man dies in two-car crash in Derbyshire village
A man has died in a crash involving two cars in a Derbyshire village.
Derbyshire Police said the crash involved a Fiat 500 and Ford Puma, and happened at about 17:45 GMT on Thursday in Ashover, which is between Matlock and Chesterfield.
The force said a man in his 60s, who was driving the Fiat, died at the scene, in Slack Lane, which police say is also known as Slack Hill.
The driver's family have been made aware, police added.
