A man has denied causing the death of a mother and son in a two-car crash in Derbyshire.
Angela Boyack, 59, died at the scene of the crash on the A632, near Kelstedge, on 9 December while her 22-year-old son Stephen died later in hospital.
Joshua Hill, 27, pleaded not guilty to four charges, including two of causing death by dangerous driving and two of causing death by driving while unlicensed, disqualified or uninsured.
He is due to stand trial in June.
Mr Hill, of Wheata Road, Sheffield, was remanded in custody following the hearing at Derby Crown Court on Tuesday.
His trial is expected to begin at the same court on 4 June.
Ms Boyack and her son, who were from South Shields, were travelling in a Hyundai when it collided with a black BMW.
