Peak District: A54 reopens after serious crash

A road in the Peak District has reopened after a serious crash.
Emergency services were called to the collision, involving one vehicle, on the A54 Cat and Fiddle at about 13:00 BST on Thursday.
A spokesperson for Derbyshire Police said the road was closed between Leek Road and the A537.
It was shut for several hours, with officers advising drivers to avoid the route. Normal traffic resumed at about 17:00.
