A motorway has reopened following long delays after a lorry overturned.
Police were called to the M5 near junction 9 for Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire at about 10:30 GMT on Monday after a tipper truck overturned.
All lanes of the northbound carriageway between junction 10 for Cheltenham and junction 9 were closed as emergency services worked to free the driver, but have now reopened.
National Highways said the incident had led to eight miles of congestion.
It added that diesel had spilled onto the carriageway.
Gloucestershire Police added the tipper truck was carrying aggregate.
Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue said four engines were sent to the scene and crews helped a woman get out of the lorry before she was taken to hospital.
The woman is not believed to be seriously injured.
