Car driver dies in Hereford crash involving lorry and van

A car driver died when she was involved in a crash with a lorry and a van.
The 62-year-woman was confirmed dead at the scene on the A465 near to Lock's Garage, in Allensmore, Hereford, just before 11:00 GMT on Sunday.
Two other people were assessed by paramedics but discharged at the scene, West Midlands Ambulance Service said.
A road closure was put in place on the route leading to Clehonger, up to the junction of Church Road.
The collision involved a black Mini, a blue Ford Transit van and HGV tanker.
