Hull: Woman, 74, dies after being hit by car in Park Street
A 74-year-old woman who was hit by a car in Hull city centre last week has died, police have said.
The pedestrian was struck by a blue Honda on Park Street, near the junction with Spring Bank, at about 11:30 GMT on Thursday.
The woman was taken to hospital with serious injuries to her leg and hip. She died in hospital on Saturday, police said.
A Humberside Police spokesperson asked witnesses to come forward.
A post-mortem will be carried out in the coming days to establish the woman's cause of death, the force added.
The road was closed for two hours as collision investigators examined the crash scene.
