Damage caused by a lorry to a bridge on the M180 will mean a series of overnight closures of the road until the end of May.
National Highways said the damage caused to Mutton Lane Bridge, near Outmill, Scunthorpe, last year was extensive.
It said asbestos was also found, but it is now able to start a series of repairs to the structure.

It said there would be a full closure of Derrythorpe Road, the road carried by the bridge, throughout the work.
Lane one of the M180 would also remain closed during the repairs.
There will also be a mix of overnight and weekend full closures of the M180, depending on weather conditions until the end of May.
Diversion routes and the agency said it "apologised in advance" for any inconvenience caused by the work.
