Two people arrested over the death of a man in Maidstone have been released on bail.

The local man, who was in his 40s, was dead by the time paramedics arrived at a property in Middlesex Road on Saturday morning.

A man and a woman who were arrested and questioned by detectives over the weekend have been bailed until 2 May.

The death is currently being treated as unexplained and inquiries are continuing, Kent Police said.
