Holmfirth: Man arrested after shots fired in town centre

A man has been arrested after shots were fired in a West Yorkshire town.
Police said a firearm was discharged in Dunford Road in Holmfirth, near the junction with South Lane at about 21:50 GMT on Friday.
One man has been arrested and is being questioned by police, who are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
Senior investigating officer Det Ch Insp Stacey Atkinson said: "This was an isolated and targeted incident and that there is no wider threat to the public.
"I would appeal for anyone who was in the area at that time or who may have video footage of the incident, or circumstances leading up to it, to please come forward."
