Police said they were called to Braunstone Park, near Cort Crescent, Leicester, at 15:04 BST on Thursday after an 18-year-old was stabbed.
He was taken to hospital for treatment for an injury that the force said was not believed to be life-threatening.
The three arrested, two aged 21 and a 26-year-old, were being held in custody for questioning on Friday.
