Runcorn death: Murder charge after lorry driver dies
A man has been charged with the murder of a lorry driver who was found injured at a transport depot.
Miroslaw Iwaniuk was found at Astmoor Industrial Estate on Brindley Road, Runcorn, on Wednesday evening and taken to hospital, where he later died.
A post-mortem test has been carried out and his family have been informed.
Rafal Seremak, 44, of Wolomin in Poland, has been charged with murder and was due to appear at North Cheshire Magistrates' Court on Saturday.
A 47-year-old man who was also arrested has since been released without charge, while another man, 41, was detained and then released on conditional bail pending further inquiries.
