Biker caught doing 132mph on a Norfolk road gets six-month ban
A motorcyclist has been banned from the road for six months after he admitted speeding at 132mph (212 km/h).
Pawel Lewinski, 36, from Diss, was clocked by police on the dual carriageway at Scole, which has a 70mph (110km/h) speed limit.
Sentencing him at Norwich Magistrates' Court, magistrate Paul Allen said: "You have been a fool, to say the least."
Lewinski was banned from riding or driving for six months and fined 拢320 plus costs.
The engineer was riding a Kawasaki ZX 1000 C2H at about 14:30 BST on 18 August.
He told the court he did not ride motorbikes very often and apologised to the bench, saying: "Sorry, but I just pulled the throttle and it went. It's so easy."
