Two men arrested after teenage boy stabbed in Corby
Two men have been arrested after a teenage boy was stabbed.
Northamptonshire Police were called to reports that a group of males were chasing another male in Shetland Way, Corby, at about 17:00 BST on Monday.
Officers attended and found the victim with two stab wounds. He needed hospital treatment but his wounds were not life threatening or life changing.
Two 18-year-old men from Corby have been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and remain in custody.
The force said local people may notice "an increased police presence" in the Lodge Park estate over the coming days and asked anyone with information to come forward, or call 101.
