An investigation is under way after a man's belongings were stolen while he moved into his new home in Nottinghamshire.
The theft happened in Rosemary Street, Mansfield, shortly after 13:15 BST on 12 April.
Police said a passing dog walker picked up three bags of the man's belongings and walked off with them.
The bags contained clothing, a birth certificate, a bank statement, and children's toys, police added.
Sgt Amy Wilson said it was "a brazen theft which happened in broad daylight".
"If you recognise the man pictured in this image, please let us know because we believe he could have information which could help our investigation," she added.
