Thornaby pub attack: Family tribute to 'much loved dad'
A man who died following an attack at a pub was a "much loved dad, brother, granddad and son", his family said.
Antony Robinson, 49, from Thornaby was hurt at The Roundel on Mitchell Avenue in Thornaby, Teesside, at about 21:15 BST on Tuesday.
He was taken to hospital where he later died.
A 39-year-old man charged with manslaughter was remanded in custody and will appear at Teesside Crown Court on 17 October.
An 18-year-old man also arrested in connection with the incident has been released with no further action.
In a statement released through Cleveland Police, Mr Robinson's family said: "We will all remember Antony for his kindness and love of his family and we will cherish the memories we made together.
"He will be dearly missed by us all."
