Body found in search for missing Annie Dryden
Police have recovered a body in the search for a missing 20-year-old woman from Middlesbrough.
Annie Dryden was last seen on 4 January after travelling from Middlesbrough's James Cook station.
North Yorkshire Police said the body was discovered at about 13:12 BST in woodland near to Battersby.
The force added formal identification was yet to take place, but Ms Dryden's family had been informed and were being supported by specialist officers.
The death is not being treated as suspicious and police said a file would be prepared for the coroner.
A statement said: "Thank you to everyone who shared our appeals and called in with information - our thoughts are with Annie's family and friends at this incredibly difficult time."
