Woman dies two days after being hit by car in Swindon

A woman in her 30s who was hit by a car has died two days after the crash.
Officers were called to Whitbourne Avenue in Swindon on Thursday at about 18:40 GMT to reports a pedestrian had been involved in a collision.
The woman was taken to hospital with injuries not thought to be life-changing. No arrests were made. She then died on Saturday.
The force is asking people not to speculate about the circumstances of her death. An investigation is ongoing.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: "Our serious collision investigation team is currently investigating to establish the circumstances around her death."
Any witnesses to the collision have been asked to get in touch.
