Councillor Padraig McShane released after arrest at Ballycastle parade

Padraig McShane was arrested in Ballycastle, County Antrim on 12 July
An independent councillor from Ballycastle, County Antrim, has been released on police bail after being arrested during an Orange Order parade in the town on 12 July.
Padraig McShane's arrest followed an alleged altercation with band members.
The incident happened in the Diamond area of Ballycastle.
Mr McShane said he would be referring the matter to the Police Ombudsman and was considering legal action.
