Samuel McKinley: Murderer from Belfast returned to custody
A convicted murderer from Belfast has been returned to custody after absconding while on temporary release from prison, the Department of Justice has confirmed.
Samuel McKinley, 60, was jailed for life for killing a man in Southampton in 1996.
He is serving his sentence at HMP Maghaberry.
McKinley, who has absconded from custody a number of times, went missing on Friday 17 September.
