Rathfriland: Man charged after more than 400 cannabis plants seized
A 39-year-old man has been charged after more than 400 cannabis plants were seized in Rathfriland, County Down, on Friday.
The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) said the plants - estimated to be worth about 拢200,000 - were located in a suspected cannabis factory.
The man is facing charges including cultivating cannabis and possession of a Class B drug with intent to supply.
He is due to appear before Lisburn Magistrates' Court on Monday.
