Man charged over 'hit-and-run' in Livingston

A man has been arrested and charged in connection with an alleged hit-and-run in Livingston.
Police said the incident involved a car and a pedestrian on Queens Crescent at about 22:55 on Friday.
The 20-year-old man will appear at Livingston Sheriff Court at a later date.
A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
