Man hurt in hit-and-run in Glasgow city centre
A man has been injured in a hit-and-run in Glasgow city centre.
Police were called to High Street at about 15:30 BST following reports of a man being struck by a car.
The driver left the scene before officers arrived and Police Scotland said inquiries to trace them were ongoing.
The 36-year-old pedestrian was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. Officers have appealed to anyone with information to contact them.
