Detectives charge man, 25, over Greenock death

Michael Beaton was found with serious injuries on a Greenock street
A suspect has been charged in connection with the death of a man in Greenock, police said.
Michael Beaton, 35, was found with serious injuries on the Inverclyde town's Drumfrochar Road, at about 19:20 on Sunday.
Mr Beaton was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow but died a few hours later.
The 25-year-old man, who was arrested on Saturday, is due appear before Paisley Sheriff Court on Monday.
