In pictures: Riding the North Coast 500

The North Coast 500 is one of Scotland's most famous tourist routes. Photographer Paul Campbell followed four cyclists from Aberdeen as they tackled the 516-mile (830km) journey.
Jordan Leyden, Keith Riddoch and brothers Euan and Callum Smith cycled the NC500 in five days
Starting and finishing in Inverness, the route follows roads through areas including the Black Isle, Easter Ross, Sutherland, Caithness and Wester Ross
The cycle raised money for cancer charity Clan

The cyclists had their share of aches and pains along the 516 miles
The riders were rewarded with some fine weather and stunning scenery
