Safety measures lifted at Covid-hit Western Isles wards
Visiting restrictions have been relaxed at two Western Isles Hospital wards affected by Covid earlier this month.
Safety measures were put in place for the surgical ward and a medical ward after a small number of cases were detected.
The medical ward has reopened to new admissions after it was temporarily closed on 11 March.
NHS Western Isles has apologised to patients and visitors for upset and inconvenience caused.
