An Aberdeenshire tourist attraction is set to close, in the wake of councillors deciding to end a six-figure annual subsidy.

Aberdeenshire Council last year subsidised the attraction to the tune of £135,000, which worked out at £13 per visitor.
Four staff will be made redundant. The council thanked them for their "hard work and dedication".
A council spokesman said: "Unfortunately, visitor numbers have been steadily declining.
"Attracting more people to the facility would have required significant investment to upgrade the facilities and renew equipment.
"In the current financial climate it would be extremely difficult to secure this funding, but the trustees will carefully consider any approaches they receive."
