Rail services between Aberdeen and Dundee have resumed following a train derailment at Stonehaven.
The line had been closed since Wednesday evening, with replacement bus services being used.
Network Rail Scotland said the line reopened on Friday evening with a 20mph speed limit at Stonehaven.
A statement from ScotRail said the first service to operate normally would be the 16:30 from Edinburgh to Inverurie.
The 18:28 Aberdeen to Glasgow Queen Street service was also expected to run as timetabled.
Ten sleepers need to be replaced following the derailment, with work also carried out on the points system at the scene.
