In pictures: 大象传媒 Scotland gears up for results time
大象传媒 Scotland will be live on air for about 19 hours on radio and more than 16 hours on television.
The 大象传媒 Scotland news website will follow the results story with minute-by-minute updates on its Live Election page running throughout Thursday and Friday.
Jackie Bird and Glenn Campbell will be presenting the TV coverage on Friday morning, with David Henderson and Sally Magnusson on during the night.
In TV and radio studios, commentators and analysts will give their views on the results as they come in.
Dozens of people will be working behind the scenes on election night and the following day.
Political editor Brian Taylor will be offering analysis and comment to TV viewers as well as blogging live from the studio.
Throughout the night and into the next day, 大象传媒 Scotland teams will be in 25 locations across the country, covering the declarations live.
All the twists and turns will be reported and scrutinised in what has been described as the most ambitious coverage of an election in Scotland. Photographs by Hannah Livingston.
