'No further police action' after pins found in banana
Police Scotland have concluded their inquiries after a customer claimed to have found a pin in a banana bought from a supermarket in Grangemouth.
Officers have established the source of the needles and have given "appropriate advice and guidance", according to a spokeswoman for the force.
No further police action will be taken.
It is understood to be an isolated incident and there is not thought to be any risk to the public.
