Man arrested after armed police called to flat in Arbroath
A 28-year-old man has been arrested after armed police were called to an incident at a flat in Arbroath.
A number of emergency response vehicles went to Keptie Road, near Angus College, at about 15:00.
Keptie Street and the the nearby junction were been cordoned off. The college is closed on a Sunday.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "There was no threat to the wider public during this incident. No-one was injured."
