Body found in Fife in search for man missing since October
A body has been found in the search for a man missing from Falkirk since October.
The family of Kenneth Hope have been informed of the discovery near the Limekilns area of Fife.
The 52-year-old was last seen walking towards Stenhousemuir near the River Carron on 30 October.
His white Mercedes van was discovered in Bainsford the following day, but Mr Hope could not be located despite a police search.
Formal identification of the body has yet to take place.
Police Scotland said there were not thought to be any suspicious circumstances.
A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
