Cheryl Gillan's Cabinet quit warning over rail plans
The Welsh Secretary Cheryl Gillan, says she is ready to leave the cabinet over UK government plans for a high speed rail link between London and Birmingham.
The planned route would see trains travelling at over 200mph through her safe Conservative seat of Chesham and Amersham in Buckinghamshire.
