David Cameron and Nick Clegg announced in the Senedd in Cardiff Bay that the Welsh government is to be offered tax varying powers subject to a referendum
Mr Cameron said it was about making sure there was 'real accountable government' in Wales
It followed a meeting in the Senedd with First Minister Carwyn Jones (left, centre)
After the announcement both political leaders went on visit places in Wales. Prime Minister David Cameron and Welsh Secretary David Jones headed to the M4 outside Cardiff.

Meanwhile, Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg and Welsh Liberal Democrat leader Kirsty Williams went to a new sustainable housing development being built on the site of the former Llanwern steelworks near Newport
Mr Cameron and Mr Jones also made a visit to a road haulage company which would benefit from the new M4 relief road
