- Published
Commuters faced up to six miles of queuing traffic on the M4 following a crash involving two vehicles.
Two lanes on the eastbound stretch near junction 33 (Cardiff West) were blocked from about 07:40 GMT with tailbacks to junction 35 (Pencoed).
At the height of the problems, travel times in that section was estimated by Traffic Wales to be about 90 minutes and there were "several" breakdowns within the queue.
All lanes have now reopened.
